Remineralizing toothpaste is toothpaste that is supposed to help your teeth get healthier and whiter by adding more minerals. Not all dentists think this is possible, but this is a great toothpaste either way. The clay in this recipe cleans your teeth, the cocoa and xylitol reduce cavities, cinnamon and ginger reduce inflammation, and the cocoa also helps to harden your teeth.

Thank you for the recipe! I just tweaked the process a little; I combined the oils in a separate bowl and then slowly added the dry ingredient mix to the bowl with oils in it. And then I added the (filtered) water 1 Tbs at a time. I ended up adding a couple of extra tablespoons of water because it wasn’t liquidy enough to pour. It ended up filling one 4 oz container and a second container of the same size about half-way.
